Organisational Development and Change
In explicitly specifying a new organisational architecture it provides a framework through which an EMMP organisation realises its objectives. It provides the infrastructure into which business processes, value chains, people and technology are deployed and ensures that the organisation's core qualities are realised across the spectrum of processes deployed. We rely on MS4Mine for effective design allied to value chain and technologies employed in sustaining the value chain. The MS4Mine model supports the organisation development arround the core value stream processes. It supports a decomposition - recomposition process, delivering in attributes graded roles, budgets, training requirements and management loads. We are investigating the DEMO methodology with partners as a standardised extenstion of the service.
